Operator Input and Operator Instructions.
In many cases the MK software is used more as a Test Management tool rather than simply the driver of our electrical test hardware. The user is able to configure Operator Instructions, using text and graphics to guide the operator through the total testing process. There is no limit to the number of instructions that can be associated with any test programme.
Operator inputs are used to call for a physical response from the operator , and that response is held on record and appears on all test reports. Enabling the user to enter questions such as “Did LED illuminate?” or “Did solenoid click?” or “Describe state of UUT?”, calling for an operator response, offers the customer a single controller and record of the complete test and inspection process.
Your Benefit: Operator instructions reduce required skill level of operator. Operator Inputs enable the system to be used as the total test and inspection tool. Reduced time and cost, improved record of results.
