Maiden flights of revolutionary aircraft don't come along too often but we've now just had two in a week!

After the A400M last week this week it's the Boeing 787 that flies for the first time. 

MK Test Systems is proud to be involved in this major milestone in this revolutionary aircraft. many of the sub electrical systems are tested and verified with equipment produced by MK Test Systems.

The all new aircraft is built predominantly of Carbon fibre composite materials. It's lightness will provide more efficient air travel for the future.

Boeing have over 800 orders for the new plane worth $140 billion.

The new mid sized jetliner capable of carrying 330 passengers is riddled with many other ground breaking innovations in its design to improve efficiency.
